Umu Igwe is a collective composed of three young artists from Molise: Daria Tanno singer and composer, Happy Eborka singer, and rapper Ivan Stray. The trio was formed on the occasion of the FAME project which involves the collaboration between Italy, Albania and Montenegro.
Coming from different musical backgrounds, the three young artists have joined forces to create a live-set composed of original songs from scratch and re-adaptations of repertoire, guided through creative workshops, by Andrea Cerullo “JanahDan” singer and author, Piero Garone musician and producer and Marco Caldoro actor and film producer.
Umu Igwe makes live its most representative component, characterized by choral singing skills and engaging energy. In this regard, the first appointment took place during the evocative scenery of the Cinzella Festival and will continue through the civitacampomarano festival, the Tirana festival and the Podgorica festival in Montenegro.
